Manufacturing defects
The User may return to Active Sunglasses, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of 7 days from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to Active Sunglasses his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them, will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact Active Sunglasses within the period granted of a month, in the following contact form, indicating the product or products object of return, order number, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.
Once Active Sunglasses has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days if the product is returned or not. In case of return, Active Sunglasses will indicate to the User the form of collection or delivery to their offices / warehouses of the defective product.
The offices / warehouses to which Users can send the defective product will be provided through these communications
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User, Active Sunglasses reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects verified, Active Sunglasses will allow the User to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Active Sunglasses.
In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with the same characteristics can not be shipped, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the sending of another model that The User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in terms similar to those contracted in the original order to count from the date in which Active Sunglasses confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or shipment of the new model.
The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.
If the User resolves the contract, Active Sunglasses will carry out the return of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
Active Sunglasses informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:
-If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, Active Sunglasses will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.
-If the User has made the payment through PayPal, Active Sunglasses will refund the amount paid within 3-4 business days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
Withdrawal
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must be responsible for the direct cost of return to Active Sunglasses, whether you return the order in full or if you decide to return only some of the products of the order.
Additionally, if the initial shipping costs were free for promotional reasons, the amount to be returned to the user will be subtracted 6€ corresponding to the original shipping costs.
To formalize the return, you must contact Active Sunglasses in the following form. Once the communication is received, Active Sunglasses will indicate the way the order is sent to its offices or warehouses.
Active Sunglasses is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, Active Sunglasses recommends the User to require the courier company to provide the proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices / warehouses of Active Sunglasses, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly to Active Sunglasses.
The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Active Sunglasses may refuse the return.
Once Active Sunglasses receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Active Sunglasses will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User except the shipping costs, if the initial shipping costs were 0€ per promotion the user will be returned full price of the purchase minus 6€ in concept of the original shipping costs.

Exchange Policy
Active Sunglasses does not support the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In case the User wants to make a change in a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal on it as established in the previous section and then buy the new product he wants.
